The Cybertown Mall Checker measures what you have built against the rules it has to pass, and shows it to you in the renderer Cybertown Revival actually uses — before you upload it, not after.
What it does
- World checking. Drop a whole world, as a folder or a
.zip, with as many textures as it takes and its sounds included. Every rule is reported with the measured number. - Item checking. Check one Mall item
.wrland its texture against the Mall's upload rules, in a room built to true scale with the real Cybertown avatar standing beside it. - Material presets. 777 named entries — 309 colours and 468 materials — previewed on real geometry under real lighting, so you can see one before you use it.
- Build Your Own Material. Set the six VRML97
Materialfields, watch the result live, and copy the block straight into your.wrl.
How it runs
Every tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read into memory, checked and rendered on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded, so there is nothing held on a server and nothing to leak. The privacy page sets out exactly what that means, and what the site does and does not store.
The renderer is X_ITE 4.7.0 (MIT), vendored locally — the same build Cybertown Revival itself serves, so a result here is the result you get after upload.

The colour library comes from the LSS VRML colour database, and most of the material library from Breetos's named preset pack, used with permission. Both are credited in full on the Material page.
